    • 1 Hour Ceremony
    • 4 Hour Reception & Clean Up
  • Holds up to 260 guests MAX
  • Up to 30 - 72 inch round tables

  • Cocktail hour while banquet crew flips room from ceremony to reception   (less than a hour)

Arch -  $50

Portable Sound Booth - $50

 

 

Additional Charges:                                                              

Extra time $100 per hour

Rehearsal Dinner space $200 for total of 3 hours

Bartender-$150

 

Requirements:

  1. $500 deposit to hold the date and is also your damage deposit and is refundable

  2. Event liability insurance for the venue is required; $100

  3. If you go over the agreed rental time, $100 will be held from your deposit

  4. All alcohol must be served by a Bartender with a Blue Springs Liquor permit, Pointe Banquet has bartenders available at the rate $150 for the night. (Subject to change) Guests may NOT bring in alcohol; $100 will be withheld from your deposit if other alcohol is found.

  5. All personal and decorative items must be taken with you at the end of the event

  6. All kitchen and surrounding area MUST be cleaned up of all food, drink, & trash.  All trash must be taken out to dumpster behind our building.
